Starting just a few months ago, we all have experienced a sudden change on every scale as a result of the covid-19 pandemic. We must adapt to some form of "New Normal" to continue our working and family life such as adopting remote working and flexi-hours. Some of us may encounter organisational crisis due to tighter health and safety requirements, supply chain disruption, travel restrictions or even revenue shortage. Business leaders now need to make decisions quickly for the short term with implications for the long term.

Change is always a challenge. Let us share how we handle such a sudden change and what are the skills/characteristics we need for the future success. Join us in a unique women-only networking, this time in a fireside chat setup where you could exchange and engage in an open discussion on the following topics and networking.

• What character traits/ skills of women are useful during the lockdown and for the future?
• The challenge to balance traditional roles/family duties while being in home office?
• What do women have to work on for coping with the change in working/family life?
• How can we help each other to improve our skills and to achieve our goals?

About "GTCC Business Women Network":

A platform for business women to network with female leaders, expat business women, talented female young professionals and interns in an intercultural context connect & grow. Together, they can benefit from this initiative by developing their ideas, gain even more professional know-how and participate in various networking events and seminars.
