Women have proven themselves as strong and competent leaders and put their great efforts into driving work progress and supporting their teams, equal to men. Women's representation in workplace has improved, but in many companies there is still the lack of gender equity and respect. Thus, businesses need to recognise the equaltiy and equip employees at all levels to fill the gap.

At GTCC Business Women Networking, our Acting President Khun Waranya Pratumtin, Director of International Sales at Thai Switchboard and Metal Work Co., Ltd., as well as Directors of the GTCC Board Khun Thira Nuntametha, Senior Representative of Commerzbank AG Representative Office Bangkok, and Khun Suwannee Singluedej, President and CEO of Siemens Limited will share their experiences and perspectives as female leaders on how they overcome the challenge of gender equality.

In the fireside setup, we will exchange and engage in an open discussion of the following:

• Effects of gender equality in your professional journeys
• Your perspectives as women leaders on gender equality in workplace.

About "GTCC Business Women Network":

A platform for business women to network with female leaders, expat business women, talented female young professionals and interns in an intercultural context connect & grow. Together, they can benefit from this initiative by developing their ideas, gain even more professional know-how and participate in various networking events and seminars.
