Innovation is everywhere now. There are various breakthroughs inside and outside companies of all levels in every business sector. Several women play a significant role in leading innovation in their companies. A study of entrepreneurship found that advanced technology firms established by women generated higher revenues with higher survival rates. Women's leadership style also encourages more innovation and they build an innovative environment by facilitating greater communication and openness to ideas from outside the company.

At our event, we will discuss the importance of women in innovation and being innovative drivers in organisations. As the Open Innovation Leader at Thai Union, which adopts innovation as one of the corporate values, our inspirational speaker will talk about how women can lead innovation in companies and the unique characteristics of women that bring about new solutions and success in innovative firms. The event's highlights include an interview session with female CEO of More Foods Innotech. Engage in our Q&A session and enjoy the networking.

About "GTCC Business Women Network":

A platform for business women to network with female leaders, expat business women, talented female young professionals and interns in an intercultural context connect & grow. Together, they can benefit from this initiative by developing their ideas, gain even more professional know-how and participate in various networking events and seminars.
