NTCC, in collaboration with German-Thai Chamber of Commere and Lorenz & Partners (L&P), is delighted to invite members and guests to join our GTCC Multi-Chamber Eastern Seaboard Seminar to be held on Friday 25th September, 2020, at The Deck, Renaissance Pattaya Resort & Spa.

Following the success of our recent breakfast talk, now we extend the opportunity for directors and interested people in the Eastern Seaboard area.

Covid-19 has impacted many businesses, not only in Thailand, but worldwide. Even some very sound companies have filed for bankruptcy – particularly in the hospitality and tourism industry, also in other sectors such as in the automotive industry. This trend will surely also affect Thailand and multinational companies may decide to wind down operations or at least reduce their financial exposure.

Such scenarios always come with certain risks for the directors of the company, since they may be held responsible if the company is not willing or able to fulfill its obligations towards its employees, the government or suppliers and customers.

This seminar will explain the risks existing under Thai law and show ways to mitigate such risks.
