GTCC Ordinary General Meeting 2022

Date & Time: Thursday 24 March 2022, at 16.30 hrs.

(On-site ATK testing starts at 15.30 hrs.)

Venue: Sakuntala Ballroom, The PeninsulaBangkok [Map]

(333 Charoen Nakhon Rd., Khlong Ton Sai, Khlong San, Bangkok)


We are honored, that Ms. Isabelle De Stobbeleir , Counsellor of the Trade and Economic Section, Delegation of the European Union to Thailand, will make a keynote speech on the topic:


"Strengthening the EU-Thailand trade and investment relations

and the role of the European business"


The agenda of the OGM 2022 and minutes of the OGM 2021 are attached herewith for your kind information. We would be grateful if you could register your participation by 21 March 2021 at the latest by choosing "I will attend" button below.


Five new directors will have to be elected to the Board for a full two years term, because Director Peter Ranklhas resigned from the Board effective 28 February 2022.


The following seven persons have been nominated as candidates for the election of five new board members. All of them have confirmed their willingness to serve on the board if elected.

A cocktail reception will be held after the OGM around 19.00 hrs. at Jesters Room in the hotel.


In case you are not able to attend the OGM, you could practice your voting right by authorizing another Ordinary Member to attend and vote on your behalf with the attached Proxy-Form below and return it to ogm@gtcc.org. We strongly advise to send proxy 3 days prior to the OGM 2022 (by 21 March 2022) to ensure a smooth registration process for our members.


If the required quorum (Bye-Laws Section 22) for holding the meeting is not reached, the meeting shall be postponed to 19.00 h. at the same venue and date.


We are looking forward to meeting you on 24 March 2022.

Remarks:

  • Strictly no walk-ins policy. Pre-registration is required. For your registration approval, please upload a copy / screenshot of your Covid-19 vaccination certificate or Covid-19 recovery certificate onto our registration system.
  • Only limited number of fully-vaccinated guests are allowed.
  • Compulsory on-site ATK test will be conducted by nurses.
