The agenda of the OGM 2024 and minutes of the OGM 2023 are attached herewith for your kind information. We would be grateful if you could register your participation by 25 March 2024 at the latest.

Five new directors will have to be elected to the Board for a full two-year term.

The following nine persons have been nominated as candidates for the election of five new board members. All of them have confirmed their willingness to serve on the board if elected.

The election of new board members is conducted electronically using the Election Runner tool. Every ordinary member has the right to vote electronically. Its permanent representative will receive an email with details for the voting from the Election Runner tool. The email allows voters to access the ballot via a unique voter ID and voter key, which is provided in the email.

A new president will be elected by the members from the newly elected Board for a two-year term.

A cocktail reception will be held after the OGM around 18.30 h at Montatip 1 Room.

If the required quorum (Bye-Laws Section 22) for holding the meeting is not reached, the meeting shall be postponed to 18.00 h. at the same venue and date.
