2021 marks a large number of changes in taxation, such as Thailand's recently approved 10-year visa to attract foreigners with tax benefits and tax on e-services which came into effect on September 1, as well as the international tax system "global minimum tax" finalised in October 2021 at the OECD. These new provisions and developments significantly pose challenges to the international business community.

At our webinar, the tax expert from Mazars in Thailand, Mr. Martin Liebenow, will share with you the review of recent and forthcoming taxation changes that will affect businesses and individuals in Thailand, including:

• The proposed long-term visa scheme which may include a 17% income tax rate
