HABI: The 2022 PFIP Pride Summit

The PFIP Pride Summit, the largest and only LGBT+ Conference of its kind in the Philippines, has an audience estimated over 700 individuals from a multitude of industries and geographies

Our full-day summit aims to facilitate information sharing and exchange of ideas to enhance policies and practices that promote and sustain a more inclusive workplace culture. Likewise, the summit wishes to build greater connection and collaboration with the rest of the pillars of the LGBT+ ecosystem. It features keynote speakers and breakout sessions designed for organizations and individuals alike, with discussions on Innovation on LGBT+ inclusion strategy, public sector initiatives, LGBT+ youth, and Transformative allyship among others

Theme: Weaving Synergies in the Philippine LGBT+ Ecosystem

The theme recognizes the key players in the LGBT+ ecosystem (Business, Government, Academe/Youth, and Non-Governmental Organizations) as the first step for the community to come together and find opportunities for collaboration for a society safer and more inclusive of our pride community. It recognizes that a thriving community working together to drive common goals will help break the glass ceilings across industries and increase visibility and representation in the Philippines.
