Colin is the Director of Digital Transformation at Enderun Colleges, and the Executive Director of Global Chamber® Manila. He has served as CEO of private and publicly listed companies in the USA and the Philippines. He earned his degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of California Berkeley.

Mr. Ibrahim recently retired as Undersecretary for Regional Operations and ICT Industry Development of the DICT. He also served as Commissioner of the then Commission on Information and Communications Technology. Before joining government, he had a long successful career with multinational companies like Fujitsu, WeServ, Siemens-Nixdorf, Comparex Germany and Unisys Australia in various executive positions. He is a Trustee and President of the University of the Philippines System Information Technology Foundation (UPSITF) and a member of the Technical Panel for Information Technology Education (TPITE) of the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) since 2006. He completed a Public Sector Executive Program on Innovative Government at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy of the National University of Singapore. During the 2012 International ICT Awards, he was given the ICT Individual Contributor Award for his contributions to the growth of the Philippine IT-BPO Industry. He was also named as one of the Ten ICT Industry Movers and Shakers for the period 2002-2012 and recipient of the Boards’ Choice as Government Champion, both given by the Contact Center Association of the Philippines (CCAP). In 2016, he was given the Sapphire Flare for Brilliance Award by IBPAP for his work in the development of home-grown BPO companies in the rural areas.

Edison has over 17 years of experience in the development, management, and consultation of Information Management Projects for major private companies and government agencies in the Philippines.

He is currently the Chairman of Strategic Partnerships for FinTechAlliance.ph to foster and strengthen relationships with other Fintech Associations in and outside of the Philippines, and a Board Member of Fintech Philippines Association (FPA) in its mission to promote Philippines as a global leader in FinTech innovation and expanding its membership base.

Prior to SeedIn, he worked with the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) as its Chief IT Consultant for implementation of key IT projects involving business registrations. The project involves collaborations with various government agencies including Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Cooperative Development Authority (CDA), Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), Social Security System (SSS), Home Development Mutual Fund (Pag-IBIG), Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PhilHealth), Local Government Units (LGUs) and other permit/license-issuing agencies.

He is also the founding CEO of Sigmasoft Technologies, which was acquired by Touch Solutions in 2011 just before going public on the Philippine Stock Exchange.

Edison holds a degree in Master of Science in Information Technology (MSIT) from De La Salle University.
