LGBT+ inclusivity isn't something that can or will happen overnight. Ensuring your organisation has the infrastructure and systems in place to create an LGBT+ inclusive environment for your tenants, colleagues and stakeholders will take time.

Whether this is learning about inclusive language use or identifying the barriers and challenges LGBT+ people face, and how your organisation can remove or lessen these barriers to ensure your tenants, colleagues and stakeholders can be their authentic selves, whether at home or in the workplace.

This workshop will also give you an insight into how you can assess your organisation's existing levels of LGBT+ inclusivity so that you and your wider teams can identify areas of strength and areas that may need some additional work.

All participants will receive a CPD Certificate of Achievement following the workshop.
