Event Details

Nearly three years after the tragic death of two year old Awaab Ishak in Rochdale and the resulting inquiry by the Housing Ombudsman, 'Awaab's Law' has been introduced in the Social Housing (Regulation) Bill in an attempt to curb unremedied issues of damp and mould in social housing.

Join us for this HDN Webinar in which we will explore the current legislation around damp and mould, the key recommendations from the Housing Ombudsman, and what lessons have been learned by Rochdale Boroughwide Housing over the last three years.
