Join us for this webinar where we'll be teasing out the differences between the inspiring boards and the ones which are struggling.

Our expert panel will address some of the key issues and challenges faced by boards in the sector and more widely, particularly focusing on whether the board fosters an environment with a diverse mix of skills, experience, and independence for effective challenge and stewardship of the organisation's purpose and strategy.

During the event we'll be discussing topics such as board members' understanding of their roles and responsibilities, the importance of the Chair in creating an open and inclusive environment, and the vital role of succession planning when it comes to ensuring diversity of perspective in the boardroom.

Confirmed speakers for the event include:

  • Lynne Nicholls - Director of Leonis Solutions

  • Nicola Ebdon - Assistant Director of Governance and Regulation at Lincolnshire Housing Partnership.

The session will be chaired by Sharon Thandi, Senior Associate at Devonshires Solicitors.
