A detailed logistical email will go out the week before the event with parking, load-in and load-out details, how much beer to bring, etc. 

Each Member attending brings their own:

• 10x10 pop-up (tents must be NFPA 701 rated)
• tables and chairs
• linens

Ice is available on-site for a fee

Setup Schedule  8am-11am Saturday morning.

This event is rain or shine.

The certificate must indicate that you have general AND liquor liability (General = $1mil per occurrence).

• NOTE: If you are a brewery-in-planning you do NOT need to provide liquor liability coverage

• CoFestCo, LLC
