Set- Up Info

A detailed logistical email will go out the week before the event with parking, load-in and load-out details, how much wine to bring, etc. 


Each Member attending brings their own:

  • 10x10 pop-up (tents must be NFPA 701 rated)
  • tables and chairs
  • linens


Ice is available on-site for a fee


This event is rain or shine.


Setup Schedule 9am-11am Saturday

HOW MUCH ARE TICKETS?

General admission tickets are $47 in advance, or $52 at the door. 


WHAT COMES WITH THE TICKET?

Entry, a souvenir event cup, unlimited tastings, live entertainment, games and more.

Merriweather Park at Symphony Woods. 10431 Little Patuxent Parkway, Columbia, MD, 21044.


Certificate of Insurance

The certificate must indicate that you have general AND liquor liability (General = $1mil per occurrence).

  • NOTE: If you are a brewery-in-planning you do NOT need to provide liquor liability coverage

List the following as additional insured:

  • CoFestCo, LLC
  • The Inner Arbor Trust (10431 Little Patuxent Pkwy, Columbia, MD 21044)
  • The Howard Hughes Corporation, The Columbia Association, each of their respective parents, members, partners, affiliates, divisions and subsidiaries, and each of their respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents and representatives.
