Average attendance We anticipate between 800-1200 attendees.
Volunteer information Each Member is afforded 5 [five] volunteer passes for use by legitimate staff and volunteers only. They will be checked-in at the front gate. Please bring your volunteer list to the front gate when you arrive Saturday morning.
Set-Up Info
Each Member attending brings their own 10x10 pop-up (tents must be NFPA 701 rated), tables, and linens.
Ice is available on-site for a fee.

The certificate must indicate that you have general and liquor liability (General = $1mil per occurrence).
