Tina started her career in Commercial banking over 20 years ago.
After 14 years working in Corporate Finance and Property lending she transitioned into broking as it enabled her to provide a deeper level of service to her clients.
In 2022 Tina joined forces with two other highly experienced brokers creating Aria Financial, a boutique mortgage brokerage that specialises in complex lending, and providing holistic advice to ensure people achieve their personal and business growth strategies.
Outside running a business and helping her clients to achieve their property dreams you'll see Tina riding her Mountain Bike, lifting weights in the gym or cooking a storm in the kitchen.

Pamela Cominos has been surrounded by business her entire life. She was raised in an environment of business owners who showed her the value of building relationships, quality products and attention to service.
In 2010 she established her first business, known as Cominos Family Lawyers. With a fire in her belly and a deep desire to change the way her clients experienced separation and divorce, Cominos Family Lawyers is today a thriving and self-operating business.
During her journey, Pamela observed other women business owners who also shared her passion for entrepreneurship and shared with her the struggles and the barriers that stood in their way. Despite their strong passion to build healthy and highly profitable businesses many of them remained small or gave up altogether.
The missing link in Pamela's view was that women did not have the opportunity to see, experience, and learn the skills of Great Leadership.
In this saturated and noisy ‘information’ environment it is impossible to know what will work and what won’t.
In 2023, Pamela decided to create Hera Women, an organisation that brings together knowledge, information, experience and shared peer to peer learnings to elevate and empower women business owners to become Great Leaders who can confidently execute actions that will deliver healthy and highly profitable businesses.
Pamela aspires to see a world where women business owners live with freedom across all areas of their lives.
