Adams Hub for Innovation will be facilitating this in-depth training session by the Digital Marketing Institute.
Over the course of the 4 training sessions, you'll be walked through creating your own in-depth roadmap with the help of a master planning template. Starting with your business goals, you'll be taken through the fundamentals of understanding your objectives and conducting market research.
You'll then learn how to devise and implement an omnichannel strategy while exploring best practices, tools (including AI tools), and templates to help you craft an innovative and highly effective plan.
After each session, you can put what you've learned into practice using our template. And at the end you'll have a full working plan with clear growth objectives that you can take to your boss or stakeholders.
Over the course of 4 weeks, you'll explore the following in detail:
October 4th | Session 1: The Plan
Getting started means conducting research, setting objectives and a unique selling proposition (USP). You'll also gain access to our exclusive digital marketing plan template to capture your learnings and ideas over the full series.
October 11th | Session 2: The Channels
Discover how to use AI and other research tools to define your audience. Explore the purchase funnel and convert your data into actionable insights to develop buyer personas.
October 18th | Session 3: The Audience
You'll be walked through an omnichannel strategy to help grasp what channels suit your needs. Learn how to craft the right message, for the right audience, at the right time.
October 25th | Session 4: The Execution
Learn how to track performance by setting targets and KPIs, and present your findings to stakeholders. Explore the top tools to streamline your efforts during the implementation phase and drive growth.
Each session includes a full presentation, study notes, and a cheat sheet of key points. Adams Hub mentors will be there to guide you and answer any questions.
