As a member of the BMO Nesbitt Investment Advisory Council, Allison worked with the leadership team on strategies to improve the client experience.


    A passionate supporter of women in business, she has been involved with the BMO Alliance for Women, Junior Achievement’s Women’s Leadership Council, the Business Development Bank of Canada’s National Women Entrepreneurship Forum and the United Way’s Women’s Leadership Council.


    For many years, Allison sat on the Board of Directors for Connections Counselling and Consulting Foundations, a Calgary non-profit supporting parents with cognitive challenges.
