Chris Coville received a BS Degree in Physical Education from Grace College, Winona Lake, IN and a MS Degree in Sports Management from the United States Sports Academy in Daphne, AL. Chris has worked for the YMCA movement for 38+ years in a variety of positions across the country. She's had the pleasure of working for the YMCA in Indiana, Kentucky, Arizona, Texas, and Maryland. Prior to opening the new YMCA in Urbana, MD, her greatest achievement within the Y was creating a foundation and Y experience in Yuma, AZ. Chris has served as the CEO/President for the past 10+ years in Frederick, MD. Currently, she manages a 17M+ budget that supports two full facilities, a 72- acre resident camp/park & a partial facility that are host to a variety of programs. Each day, the YMCA operates services in over 48 physical locations throughout Frederick County. Chris enjoys any outdoor activity such as soccer, hiking, biking, kayaking, international travel and hanging out with her rescue dogs Cooper, Oscar & Lola.
