1) Mélanie Geslin, Special Counsel and European Desk Lead at Baker McKenzie

Mélanie is active in the Corporate and M&A practice group and leads the European Desk in Bangkok. She specializes in cross border M&A and joint ventures, including post-acquisition integration and restructuring for various industries such as healthcare, automotive, logistics, chemicals, including pest control. She also has extensive experience advising multinational companies from Europe, the US and Asia on corporate structures and foreign investment laws.


2) Nam-Ake Lekfuangfu, Partner, Labour and Employment at Baker McKenzie

Nam-Ake is experienced in not only employment laws but also corporate and commercial law, merger and acquisition, environment and trade regulations.
