An insightful workshop to learn more about the engineering field in Thailand

This workshop proposes to review the main challenges faced by companies to find and develop suitable engineers to prepare for the challenges of Thailand 4.0 and share more than 20 ways to address these challenges.

At the end of the workshop, the participants will:

• Main HR issues, and challenges concerning Thai engineers
• At least 20 actions that a company can do to address all these issues
• Conditions to succeed and possible Thai partners to implement these actions
• Individual action plan to address priority issues

The workshop will be held in English
