    Hanneke Koedijk has a background in Environmental & Infrastructure Planning and is working as a consultant in environmental impact assessments for Royal HaskoningDHV in the Netherlands. Through the past years she has worked on EIA’s for a wide range of projects: from the energy transition to water management and from nature conservation to strategic environmental visions. In het projects she uses iReport as a tool for participation on EIA’s.

    Dr. Clément Repussard has 18 years of experience as expert social development issues and resettlement for large industrial and infrastructure projects. Areas of expertise and experience cover:
    · Public consultation and participation
    · Community development programmes
    · Land Acquisition and Resettlement planning
    · SociEal Baseline & Social Impact Assessment studies
    · Gender issues in project formulation, procurement process, construction works and industrial operations.
    · Institutional capacity building in various settings (implementing agencies for large technical projects, municipalities, regional development agencies), including frameworks for quality management
    · Training programs for different target groups (e.g. administrative bodies, private businesses, income generation in rural areas, vulnerable groups)
    · Due Diligence audits and Compliance assessment against the IFC PS and the World Bank Policies
    · Rural sanitation and water supply in low income environments including programs for awareness raising
    Sectors of experience include Power production (Hydropower and Thermal) and Transmission Line, Transport, O&G and Mining, Water supply & sanitation, Waste Management.

    Prior to joining SLR Consulting France in 2014, Clément worked for SKM France (now JACOBS), as Principal, Social & Resettlement Expert for 2 years, and POYRY France (now NALDEO), as Principal Social expert for 2 years. From 2005 to 2010, Clement lived and worked in Senegal, where he was working in an NGO on Community waste management and water utilities projects un rural and urban areas.

    Attorney at ALL RISE Attorneys for Climate and Environmental Justice

    Janice has been practicing as an environmental attorney since 2013 and has a unique skill set in both environmental management and law. She initially trained in zoology, botany, ecology, and environmental management, and worked as an environmental consultant, facilitator, and environmental impact assessment (EIA) practitioner for many years before pursuing a career as an environmental lawyer. She is a director and co-founder of the newly established law clinic ALL RISE Attorneys for Climate and Environmental Justice, working pro bono for communities who cannot afford legal services.
