Dr. Tazmin Alibhai PsyD. Leadership coach and clinical psychologist at Leap Tazmin is an accredited leadership performance and wellness coach, and trainer. She is a Marshal Goldsmith Leadership Coach and an associate partner of the Trusted Executive Foundation (UK )and The Performance Solution (UK). She has worked with clients ranging from banking, insurance, telecommunications, health care, aviation and FMCG. She is also associate faculty with The Institute of Directors (K), The Graduate School of Media and Communications (AKU) and the Leadership Programme on Adaptive Leadership concurrently run by The Graduation School of Media and Communications and Harvard Kennedy School. Recognised by the Association of Business Psychologists (UK), The Neuroleadership Institute (US) and with her background in clinical psychology, she combines scientific approaches together with creative techniques to give her clients unique options to engage with in their leadership journey. Tazmin’s passion lies in supporting leaders to steer with intention and purpose so that they, and their teams can flourish.
