Iloilo LGBTQ+ Workplace Inclusion Roundtable Discussion

As we embark on PFIP's 3-year road map focused on impact, innovation, and scale, we are thrilled to invite you to our first-ever PFIP Fellowship Meeting in Iloilo City, on April 4, 2024. This event will be in partnership with the Office of LGBT+ Affairs of Iloilo City and will be participated by members of the business sector and civil society organizations in Iloilo City. 

High-Level Objectives:

• Build awareness and understanding of LGBTQ+ issues and challenges in Iloilo, and where applicable, offer insights as potential solutions.
• Advocate for an inclusive workplace culture by sharing best practices and engaging business leaders to encourage policy changes.
• Provide networking opportunities to build strategic partnerships, foster collaboration, and strengthen relationships within the LGBTQ+ ecosystem in Western Visayas.
