Imaginarium Art Department Workshop with Esther de Schone and Hing Ang

The Peregian Digital Hub is currently hosting Imaginarium, a residency featuring screen innovators Hing Ang and Esther De Schone of Aesop Media. This initiative explores how cutting-edge technologies, such as virtual production and generative AI, can expand the creative possibilities for storytelling through video in 2024. Utilizing the Hub's Wonder Pod as both an LED volume and sound stage, Hing and Esther leverage their skills in video production, VFX, and art direction to craft unique sets that showcase the innovative stories of companies within the Hub network.

On Friday, October 11 12:00 pm - 4:30pm, the Hub has partnered with the Screen Collective to offer a special half-day workshop tailored for students. Building on the success of the Crew Intensive held in March, this workshop will focus on key art department techniques, including the use of generative AI and set extensions, providing participants with hands-on experience in modern production practices.
