Speaker's bio
Prasen is a specialist Mergers & Acquisitions practitioner and heads our Financial Advisory Services team in Thailand. He advises clients on transactions including company sales, acquisitions, MBOs and finance raising. His clients are privately owned and owner managed businesses of all sizes, both Thailand based and international. An increasing proportion of his transactions are cross-border as international corporates continue to see value and opportunity in buying Thailand and neighboring countries' businesses.
Prasen focuses in the creation of the M&A service lines within the Financial Advisory Services department of the Bangkok office where he advices business leaders, heritage companies, large groups and financial investors in all stages of their merger, acquisition, disposal and fundraising projects. He was involved in transmission operations in a wide variety of sectors (industry, services, education & healthcare, agri-food, etc.) in the context of operations between industrial players or operations in transmission capital or development capital.
Mazars Cross Border Deal Platform, which brings together over 100 Mazars Mergers & Acquisitions practitioners internationally, has helped Prasen market Thailand businesses on an international stage. Prasen is based at Bangkok office where he is a financial advisory leader.
He holds a bachelor's in accountancy and Economics, Masters' in Finance and an MBA in Finance and marketing.
