Target Participants:
HR and Talent Development practitioners responsible for aligning the company's learning and development (L&D) and performance management systems to support talent development, in accordance with the Philippine Society for Talent Development's Talent Development Framework.

HR and Talent Development practitioners often struggle to align competency-based performance management systems with their organization's talent development goals. This misalignment can hinder employee growth and limit the effectiveness of both performance evaluations and L&D initiatives. This session addresses these challenges by equipping participants with practical strategies to integrate competencies into performance management, ensuring that both systems work together to support talent development.
Course Description:
This 4-hour online session is designed to help HR and Talent Development practitioners implement a competency-based performance management program that aligns with their organization's talent development framework. Participants will learn to effectively integrate competencies into performance evaluations, creating a more cohesive and supportive approach to employee growth and development.
