Welcome to the first Session of Active Listening!

Active Listening is so much more than hearing what someone says. Done properly, you can learn a lot. It also demonstrates respect, gives credence and establishes rapport.There are simple techniques to learn to listen actively.

In this session, we will provide you with essential training that will enable you to turn on the ability to actively listen and practice this skill effectively and break into listening mode on command.

In three short hours you will develop a new skill, practice those skills in a safe environment and will be ready to take this back to your business.

By the end of the session, your staff/team members will understand that active listening is so much than just hearing what someone is saying.
