  • Determine real-life communications challenges to light and
  • Help participants to understand the critical importance of how we communicate not only with customers, but with other team members
  • Establish when to use various types of communications

Service Managers & Technicians, Project Managers, Construction Managers, Leadership Roles, Field Supervisors, General Foremen, Foremen
