Event Details

Indonesia's commitment to achieving Net-Zero emissions by 2060, coupled with a significant 31.89% reduction in Greenhouse Gas emissions by 2030, underscores the nation's urgent dedication to environmental sustainability. Aligned with Indonesia's comprehensive National Action Plan to Reduce Greenhouse Gas Emissions, this commitment reflects a pressing need to address and combat the challenges to achieve the country's sustainability agenda and its targets.

The country's robust efforts in forming partnerships and collaborations further emphasize the urgency of fulfilling its sustainability agenda. As Indonesia navigates the path towards a clear and greener future, the pivotal and transformative green technologies of carbon markets and energy transition, including the widespread adoption of electric vehicles (EVs), take center stage in these endeavours.

Recognizing the critical and time-sensitive nature of these initiatives, BritCham Indonesia and its Climate Change Hub proudly present their flagship event, "Indonesia's Future as a Sustainable Investment Superpower." Bringing together panelists ranging from practitioners with firsthand on-ground insights to key government representatives, this event serves as a timely and essential platform to accelerate discussions and catalyze actions necessary to propel Indonesia towards its ambitious sustainability goals.
