The first Philadelphia SEAT program cohort is seeking community residents and non-profit organizations in the Germantown/Mount Airy and West Philadelphia neighborhoods.


If your nonprofit board is seeking to recruit capable Black and Latino community residents from your service area, we have the solution for you! If you are seeking opportunities to impact your community and its surrounding area, we will help you identify your transferable SKILLS and EDUCATE you to engage and ACT on community-based nonprofit boards to TRANSFORM your community.


Come learn about the SEAT Program launching in Philadelphia! The SEAT program goal is to equip and present residents from minority neighborhoods for board service to community-based nonprofit organizations.
