The Executive Committee of the Finland Australia Chamber of Commerce (FACC) is preparing for a transition to a Company Limited by Guarantee (CLG) structure, a model widely adopted by organisations of similar scope.

This initiative underscores the Chamber's commitment to better serving its growing and geographically diverse membership base, which has seen significant expansion beyond New South Wales.

To provide more insight into this transition, the Executive Committee invites all members to an information-sharing session ahead of the upcoming AGM, for which the separate invitation is to be sent later.
