Event Details

We would like to invite you to an intensive peer consultation programme tailored to support Myanmar PE/VC investors in the current period of upheaval.

The consultation sessions are developed by KONU, an international consultancy for leadership development and change management, and aim to support executives to "hold" their teams and organizations through difficult times, to contain people's anxieties, as well as to take care of themselves as leaders. Participants bring their own, on-the-ground challenges to the consultation sessions and receive structured guidance to reflect, re-strategize, and generate new action options. KONU will design the sessions based on the participants' inputs.

We encourage leaders from all our member firms to take a step back from everyday work priorities and get exposed to all of the great benefits available through peer group consultation.

Programme Details

  • Target participant: Senior managers and director levels
  • Participant size: Up to 15 participants
  • Timeline: 4 sessions from mid-May to mid-June [*Participation in all sessions is necessary]
  • Logistics: Up to 3 groups run in parallel [4 participants of similar seniority levels in each group]

Registration is mandatory! Once your registration is successful, you will receive the Zoom link and instructions prior to the event. Given the limitation on the number of participants, we encourage you to register now as we will allocate places on a first-come-first-served basis with a maximum of 2 places per firm.

On the registration link, you will be asked to kindly share the available time slots for 120 minutes for the first session so that we can find the best slot that works for everyone across different time zones. The latter 3 sessions will be 90 minutes each and you can schedule them by discussing with the coach and your assigned group. For any changes in registration, please inform us at least 3 days prior by emailing us at khun@mpevca.org.
