Dee Allen has expertise in the strategic leadership, management, delivery and impact evaluation of higher education degrees, executive education programmes and research projects in the UK, Asia, and Africa. She also has experience in delivering lectures, seminars, workshops, webinars, online programmes and conducting academic research as a senior academic, L&D specialist, social entrepreneur, and former lawyer with over 20 years of industry and academic experience.
Dee currently leads the globally successful Cambridge FinTech and Regulatory Innovation (CFTRI) programme which was created in response to the rapidly changing financial systems and regulatory environment, to educate and equip global regulators and policymakers on fintech and regulatory innovation. To date the CFTRI programme has trained over 1500 regulators from over 315 financial authorities in 145 countries.
Dee holds an LLM in International Law from SOAS, University of London which included studying Law of International Finance and International Economic Law at King’s College and London School of Economics respectively as an inter-collegiate student at the University of London. Dee’s PhD research focused on SME entrepreneurship and organisational behaviour using as a case study, a multinational social impact FinTech. Dee is also a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.
Ehia Erhaboh currently serves as the EVP, Operations and Technology at Interswitch Group – Africa’s foremost payments integration company where he is responsible for delivering a technology and operations strategy that supports business aspirations.
Prior to his current role, he had about 2 decades of experience in the financial services industry, holding roles across operations, technology, products and innovation management, sales, and digital transformation.
Ehia is currently undergoing a PhD research program at the University of Bradford, UK where he is researching the impact of digital transformation (focus on AI technology) on firm performance of financial services companies in sub-Saharan Africa.’

Rony Ohayon is a serial entrepreneur with over 25 years of technical and international management experience in the tech industry. In 2006, he co-founded LiveU, a global leader in live video streaming solutions with over 5,000 customers in over 130 countries. In 2021, LiveU was acquired by Carlyle for nearly $500m.
Later, Rony founded and served as CEO of DriveU, a leading provider of teleoperation platforms for autonomous vehicles.
As of 2021, Rony is the CEO of DeepKeep, providing an end-to-end solution for Trusted & Protected AI.
Rony holds a B.Sc. in Computer Engineering, an MBA (Honors), and a Ph.D. in Computer Engineering from Ben-Gurion University. Following his Ph.D. studies, Rony held a post-doctoral position at Telecom Paris where he led research on wireless networks. From 2004 until 2013 he was a senior faculty member in the Department of Computer Engineering at Bar-Ilan University. Rony holds 30 patents and has published numerous professional papers in journals and international conferences.

processes that helps businesses scale.
