Terms & Conditions

• Upgrade for Business class: GTCC calculates the business class supplement using the best available rate on the date of inquiry. The difference of economic and business class will be added directly to the standard package.
• Upgrade for rooms with single occupancy: plus 20,000. -- THB net/per person
• If participants book their own flight, the package price will be reduced by 35,000. -- THB net.
• If the delegate already has valid travel insurance or a Schengen visa, the cost can be reduced upon request.
• The program is subject to availability. The German-Thai Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to amend the program without prior notice, ensuring the best advantage for delegates.
• Reserving a seat requires full payment.
• Application operates on a first-come, first-served basis, and space is limited.
• Application deadline is 21 March 2025.
• In the event of a Force Majeure, neither GTCC nor any of the Third Parties' failure to provide services in accordance with all of the obligations imposed by this delegation nor any liability under it will be deemed to have occurred.
