Welcome to Hawai'i Women in Tech—a community empowering women in tech careers. We provide a safe, supportive, and judgment-free space for women who have—or are pursuing—careers in tech. We envision more women in Hawai'i entering and thriving in the tech industry through peer-to-peer support and resources catered to their needs.
Since 2019, our grassroots initiative has grown to nearly 400 members. In 2023, our inaugural leadership team stepped forward, committed to sustaining and expanding our events and support. Together, we aim to address the barriers hindering local women from securing careers in tech. Our vision is for women to not only enter but thrive in tech through peer support and customized resources.
