We scheduled the introduction kick-off call to help you settle into our community and learn a bit about the platform. We will start with a brief meditation followed by a check-in to get to know each other. We will also give a short presentation and give you a virtual tour of the membership platform that we'll be using, how to log in, navigate and troubleshoot, and answer any questions you may have before we meet for the first practice group.
This session will be recorded and available for later viewing in our archive once logged in.
