Join the course "Introduction to entrepreneurship" and learn to succeed in the rapidly evolving online world. In this practical course, you will discover tools and methodologies for innovators, based on new developments and opportunities presented by the internet's growth.

Participants will work on teams and develop a real project with guidance from experienced entrepreneurs and academics. The course will be recognized with 2 ECTS (UPM) after approval. This program will be held online, every day from April 6th to April 10th (4:30-7:30 pm) with an extra personalized mentoring session and a demo day (Friday April 17th).

The course consists of several parts; creative (design) thinking to look for ideas, re-shaping of ideas for them to become project proposals, value proposition, experiment design, and use of tools and methodologies such as business model canvas and lean start-up.

During the course, students will team-work in a practical project of their own that will be presented, discussed and evaluated in a final pitch session. More specifically, the entrepreneurial project will be related to the new online world. As the internet continues to become a crucial part of modern business ventures, students will learn to take advantage of the opportunities presented online.
