    Samuel Kariuki is a senior Business, Finance, and Investment Executive, with over 16 years of experience in Corporate Leadership, Finance & Investment and Audit. Before joining Mi Vida, he was the Managing Director at Centum Real Estate.

    As CEO, he will provide an oversight role for the Mi Vida Homes growth trajectory strategy and spearhead the first project’s final phase and the other projects that are in the pipeline.

    He holds an MSc in Finance (Economic Policy) from the University of London, an MBA in Strategic Planning from Heriot-Watt University, an undergraduate degree in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University, and an engineering degree from Moi University.

    He sits on the board of Longhorn Publishers Ltd. He is a member of the Information Systems Audit & Control Association, Inc. and the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya.

    He also holds a certificate in construction management.

    Prior to joining Broll Kenya, Selline was a Senior Property Valuer at Centenary Valuers Limited, a Kenyan Private Limited Company, and a property Valuer and Manager at NW Realite.

    Ms. Onyango holds a bachelors degree, Bachelor of Real Estate, from the University of Nairobi, and a Masters Degree, Master of Urban Management from the University of Nairobi. She is a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS), a full member of the Institution of Surveyors of Kenya (ISK) and a Registered Valuer with Kenya’s Valuation Registration Board.
