The Anti Counterfeit Authority of Kenya has set July 1st 2022 as the deadline for registration of all Intellectual Property Rights with the Authority. The IPR information is meant to serve as a reference point for all importers and shall be an additional requirement on the KENTRADE system.
Could this be part of a solution to counterfeit imports?
