Welcome to the first Session on Active Listening for your staff focusing on Listening for Meaning.

Listening for Meaning is so much more than hearing what someone says. Done properly, you can learn a lot. It also demonstrates respect, gives credence and establishes rapport.There are simple techniques to learn to listen actively.

In this session, we will train your team to turn on their ability to actively listen and practice this skill. Your team will receive some easy to implement techniques to help break into listening mode.

In three short hours your staff/team members will develop a new skill, practice in a safe environment and will be ready to take this back to your workplace.

By the end of the session, your staff/team members will understand that listening for meaning is more than just hearing.
