By offering many unique options to meat lovers, Nusr-Et quickly brought extra flair to the steakhouse culture and still serves as an indispensable location for its guests.

Mehmet Gürs' New Anatolian Kitchen combines respect for tradition with a sense of innovation. Among other things, he emphasises the importance of craftsmanship and the diversity of produce that Turkey has to offer. He works with the finest ingredients and gives them pride of place in original dishes that are stripped of unnecessary fuss.
Everything here revolves around the depth of the flavours. A lightly boiled and then grilled octopus tentacle, for example, is enhanced by the addition of a slightly sweet lacquer; a pickled green bean salad with purslane and apple vinaigrette provides a pleasant tanginess; add an intense vegetable gravy and dried fish eggs and you have a fascinating creation that grabs your attention with every bite. And those who avoid meat will be glad to know that the chef always offers a vegan menu.
An adventure awaits you here and that also goes for the setting – the magnificent 360° view of Istanbul you get from the eighteenth floor of the Marmara Pera hotel really is the icing on the cake.

Tucked away in a verdant Aegean valley with sweeping views, Karnas Vineyards is a family-owned boutique winery and environmentally conscious farm located on the Bodrum Peninsula. Set on endless stretches of sprawling vines, principally of the Zinfandel, Syrah, Cabernet Franc and Vermentino variety, the vineyard is known for its award-winning wines produced with traditional and sustainable methods.
Grapes and other delicacies grown at Karnas owe their exceptional taste to the temperate climate of the region, as well as the sea salt, minerals and floral fragrances of the rich soils carried through the wind corridor that lies between the Mandalya and Gokova Gulfs. Alongside the winery, Karnas is home to an artisanal farm committed to sustainable and regenerative farming practices.
Over the period of six centuries Bodrum Castle has served as a military garrison, a compound enclosing a tiny village and even as a fortress prison. Today it houses one of the finest museums of nautical archaeology in the world. Imagine having a cocktail overlooking to Bodrum Harbor and a nice dinner at the courtyard of the castle! It is a perfect place to create unforgettable events.
This venue is very unique. It is located right by the Golden Horn. It houses many different items such as Harley Davidson collection, classic cars, boats, submarines etc. It is a fun place to be...Mr. Rahmi Koc's Message: " When I was a child - I forget how old - my father, Mr. Vehbi Koç, returned from a trip to Germany and presented me with my first electrical toy train. This was the start of my passion for collecting mechanical and industrial objects.
Over the years the collection expanded so much that my homes, offices and warehouses were overflowing.
When the Koç Group entered into a closer relationship with large, worldwide, industrial concerns in the 1950s, I noticed that some of the companies had museums where they displayed their products from the very first model. I was much impressed by this practice and considered doing the same with our own products.
However, I thought that such a museum in Turkey would be of little interest except to industrialists. The idea remained with me and, whenever I went abroad, I would make a point of visiting scientific and industrial museums. I remember in particular the "Deutsches Museum" in Munich and "Science Museum" in London. But it was when I saw the "Henry Ford Museum" in Detroit that I immediately decided to gather all my collection under one roof. After receiving positive views and much encouragement from my colleagues, my mind was made up.
I started looking for a suitable location and simultaneously increased my collecting activities. I bought anything I found agreeable, pleasing, or which attracted my interest. Not every piece was in good condition, so a workshop had to be established for their restoration. Meanwhile the search for a suitable site in Istanbul continued."
"Berlin 65" is a special purpose dining car which was allocated to the use of the people of importance. In this car, Kaiser Wilhelm II and Sultan V. Mehmet Reşad had dinner together during his visit at 1917. The car was presented to the Sultan by Wilhelm II, as a symbol of the good relations between the two nations.
"Berlin 65" was registered to the Deutsche Reichsbahn under the name and number of "Salon 6ü Pr 07". It was found in wrecked condition at one of the storehouses of the TCDD (State Railways), and went through a careful restoration by the Museum Workshops.
One of Eminonu's most special buildings, the 250-year-old Muhsinzade Inn was restored and opened as a hotel in 1772. The building, which draws attention with its historical texture, also hosts a special restaurant called "Olden 1772".
Olden 1772 offers an impressive atmosphere to its guests with its design that brings the past and the present together. The building, which has been used for different purposes since it was put into service in 1772, has returned to its former times as a result of a long restoration.
Offering the indispensable tastes of Anatolian and Istanbul cuisine to its guests with modern interpretations, Olden1772's kitchen offers a high-level taste with local products, while sensitive choices are made in terms of sustainability. There are attractive options for those who are interested in gastronomy, with touches to traditional dishes such as stuffed mussels, lakerda, and ravioli. The menu of Olden 1772, which never compromises on taste while raising the bar in this area, draws attention with its wide range of menus ranging from keskek to tray kebab, from steamed fish to fish pastry.
The palace, built by Sultan Abdulaziz, was designed by the famous palace architect Nigogyos Balyan and constructed by his sons Sarkis and Hagop between 1863 and 1867. This was a period in which all Ottoman sultans used to build their own palaces rather than using those of their ancestors. Ciragan Palace is the last example of this period. The inner walls and the roof were made of wood, the outer walls of colorful marble. During the Second Constitutional Monarchy, Sultan MehmetV allowed the parliament to hold their meetings in this building. Only two months after, on January 19, 1910, a great fire destroyed the palace, leaving only the outer walls intact.
In 1989, the ruined palace was bought by a Japanese corporation, which restored the palace and added a modern hotel complex next to it in its garden. The Palace was renovated again during the first quarter of 2007.
