Monthly Online ADHD Parents Support Group Meeting- 10 JULY @ 8pm

Join us on 10th JUL 2024, 8:00 PM - 9:30 PM, for a much needed conversation on strategies to organize our physical spaces at home. This is relevant for both kids and parents alike. We have invited Rajeef (our newly elected SPARK Exco member) to start of us with some useful hacks that he helped him find "clarity from clutter".
