๏ปฟThis course is limited to the first 70 prosecutors who are also members of the PDAA. All other law enforcement personnel will be allowed to register on a case by case basis. To register, Click the "Register" button above or complete and return the registration form, along with your *food and beverage fee to PDAI no later than February 21, 2025 at 4:30 PM. Payment must be received prior to the course date to ensure admittance. Please mail all checks and paper registration forms to 2929 North Front Street, Harrisburg, PA 17110. You may also email your registration form to pdaa@pdaa.org.


PDAI will pay for single occupancy accommodations (room and tax only) on the nights of April 7th and April 8th for the first 70 registrants. Overnight rooms will be reserved for attendees at the Hotel Gettysburg, where the course will be held. PDAI will make all hotel reservations; you should not contact the hotel directly to make your reservations.


This course is worth 2.5 ethics & 6.5 substantive credits.

Cancellations

Those who cancel on or before March 14, 2025 by 4:30 PM will be refunded the full fee. No refunds can be issued for cancellations received after March 14, 2025 by 4:30 PM. Those who have not paid will still be required to send payment. As always, substitutions are allowed for persons who have to cancel after the cancellation date.


It is the policy of the Pennsylvania District Attorneys Institute that no conference registration fees will be refunded to individuals who cancel their registration after the advertised cancellation date in this case, March 14, 2025 by 4:30 PM. Those who have not paid will still be required to send payment. The intent of this policy is to preclude the Institute from being financially liable for costs due to the meeting facility for attendees who cancel at the last minute.


This cancellation policy is firm regardless of the reason for canceling including a change in trial schedule, illness, weather conditions, etc. As always, substitutions are allowed for persons who have to cancel after the cancellation date.
