Registration is open to any non-attorney staff of district attorney's offices, including administrators, managers, receptionists, secretaries, paralegals and other support staff.

By registering for this course I understand that if I am a no-show I will be invoiced for any applicable hotel and registration charges.
A block of rooms has been reserved at the Graduate by Hilton State College at the rate of $124.00 per night, single or double occupancy plus state and local taxes. The room rate is a separate charge paid directly to the Graduate by Hilton State College. It is not included in the food and beverage fee. You may make your reservations by calling 814-231-2100 by September 30, 2025 by 4:30 PM. Please mention this conference in order to receive the group rate. You can also book your room online here.
Those who cancel on or before October 17, 2025 by 4:30 PM will be refunded the full fee. No refunds can be issued for cancellations received after October 17, 2025 by 4:30 PM. Those who have not paid will still be required to send payment. As always, substitutions are allowed for persons who have to cancel after the cancellation date. All cancellation requests must be emailed to theagy@pdaa.org.
It is the policy of the Pennsylvania District Attorneys Institute that no conference registration fees will be refunded to individuals who cancel their registration after the advertised cancellation date in this case, October 17, 2025 by 4:30 PM. Those who have not paid will still be required to send payment. The intent of this policy is to preclude the Institute from being financially liable for costs due to the meeting facility for attendees who cancel at the last minute.
This cancellation policy is firm regardless of the reason for canceling including a change in schedule, illness, weather conditions, etc.
Cancellations of credit card transactions will be assessed a 4% processing fee and will be refunded directly to the card used for payment.
