NYAHN has secured a kidnapping Course in Rochester that will fly in 4 of the Premiere Negotiators from Police Scotland who utilize a well vetted kidnapping negotiation process called the Red Center Training/Program. We are funding their travel to the United States for their use as instructors for this week long training to occur in April 2019. I am finalizing the logistics for this course and have a higher demand than number of spots for the class. The class is limited to 16 participants that must be trained negotiators and those who may be involved with future domestic or international kidnapping investigations. This training is a first anywhere in the United States. Those attending will be from the US and Canada. The FBI has been gracious to offer case studies.. The intent of this comprehensive course is to allow for train-the-trainer for your folks to provide further training to your agency.
