    Michael is a seasoned professional with a Master's degree in Business Entrepreneurship from Pan Africa Christian University in Kenya. With over two decades of experience in the banking industry, he brings a wealth of knowledge to his role as the Country Manager for Business Partners International (BPI) in Kenya, a position he assumed in 2020.

    Throughout his extensive career, Michael has been dedicated to serving small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), gaining valuable insights into their financial needs and challenges. His expertise extends to Asset Finance and Leasing, making him a well-rounded leader in the financial sector.

    Michael's career includes roles in NIC Bank, CFC Bank (pre-merger with Stanbic), KCB Bank, Commercial Bank of Africa, and briefly with NCBA Bank Kenya before joining BPI.

    In addition to his professional expertise, he is passionate about leadership development and shares insights on personal visioning in his spare time.

    CEO of Tilisi Developments PLC

    Graeme has worked in development in the not-for profit, public and private sectors for most of his career, providing strategic advice and leading a range of large scale, mixed use and mixed income developments; urban regeneration projects; commercial developments; and, social and affordable housing developments.

    He has lived in Nairobi for the past 11 years. He currently is the CEO of Tilisi Developments.

    He was the Development Director at Emerge Developments, a real estate development management and advisory firm; the Managing Director of Athena Properties, the development managers of the 100 acre Two Rivers Estate and the Two Rivers Mall in Nairobi; and was Chief of Urban Planning and Management at Rendeavour, responsible for developments at Tatu City, Kenya and in Ghana and the DRC.

    In South Africa he was the first Chief Executive Officer of the Johannesburg Development Agency, Johannesburg’s urban regeneration and economic development agency, responsible for developments such as Constitution Hill, home to South Africa’s Constitutional Court, and Freedom Square, the site of the adoption of the Freedom Charter.
