Arrival - Make your travel arrangements to arrive in Bar Harbor on Monday, October 10. Our opening event will start at 5:00 p.m.
Bar Harbor has a small local airport, Hancock County-Bar Harbor Airport (BHB). Jet Blue and Cape Air airlines fly into this airport. You can also fly into Bangor International Airport (BGR), which is about an hour's drive from Bar Harbor.
Let us know your arrival time and we'll help coordinate your arrival and departure airport transfers. We will supply pricing information, at that time.
Departure - Make your travel arrangements to depart any time on Friday, October 14.
Attendees need to be fully vaccinated as recommend by the CDC guidelines. Attendees must have a negative COVID-19 test result no more three days prior to arrival. At-home tests are acceptable.

We ask you to voluntarily test for COVID three to five days after leaving the group. If you test positive, notify us and we will notify the group and our vendors.
Acadia Loop Tour – This is an on-and-off bus tour with limited walking.
Hiking Carriage Roads – You should be able to walk 6 miles within 2 hours to consider hiking the carriage roads.
E-bikes are easy to pedal because the electric motor helps you, but they require good balance.

Registration includes:
· Hotel accommodations.
· All scheduled activities and transportation to those activities.
· Most meals beginning with dinner on Monday, October 10 through dinner on Thursday, October 13. Dinner on Tuesday and lunch on Thursday are not included.
