Agenda:
1. Partner with Previous Leadership Johnson County Graduates and Businesses to Set Agenda on Important Local Information.
2. Create a Pipeline of Informed Leaders to Serve on Community Boards, City / County Governments, and Other Grass Roots Organizations.
*Recruit individuals who possess leadership qualities and passions.
3. Create Programs/Workshops for Leaders within their Businesses / Organizations.
*Coordinate a "Leadership versus Management: Importance of Both" Course to Educate on styles of Leadership.
This agenda is not limited to the above. New perspectives are welcomed and encouraged. Together we can build a better product to help others and therefore a better community.
The Chamber is equipped with training materials to acclimate you to serve. Please don't doubt yourself if you would provide value. Your knowledge and experience are the value! In the documents portion of this link is the committee responsibilities and committee management workbook.
