Larry Baider,
Principal and Future of Work Strategist at ADP

Larry joined ADP’s Strategic Team in 2022 to support the company’s largest clients. He brings his insights and experiences into the client partnership to strategize on their unique human capital initiatives and visions. Prior to joining ADP, Larry served as the Chief People Officer of a large health care organization and was also an ADP client. Prior to that role, he led the talent management, leadership development, performance management and learning functions for a large international organization. With his expertise in strategic human capital management, he has established talent management solutions for emerging and incumbent leader succession planning, led various cultural transformations and redesigned performance management systems. Under his leadership, his teams earned Chief Learning Office’s Learning Elite designation in 2018 and 2019 for leadership development programming. More recent speaking engagements include the topics of Performance Management, Organizational Well-Being, Employee Value Propositions and Leading Transformation in venues including Chief Talent officer, HRD Connect and ADP’s Meeting of the Minds and ADP’s Global Partner Summit. Larry currently serves on HRD’s advisory board. Larry holds a M.S. in Industrial & Organizational Psychology, a M.A. in Strategic Communication &Leadership and a master’s certificate in Applied Positive Psychology. His undergraduate degree is a B.S. in Occupational Therapy. He is a trained professional coach, graduating from an ICF accredited coach training program in 2001. He is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM), Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology ((SIOP) and the International Coach Federation (ICF).
